Villa Agnanti and Liogerma is a new building, situated in a privileged area in the countryside of Paros, 6km away from Parikia center and a few minutes' drive to the small port of Pounta and various serviced as well as non-crowded beaches. The property is 4000m² (about 1 acre) big, planted with trees, like olive and cherry trees; there is also a shaded porch and a swimming pool in the front terrace. There are almost no neighbours around, so you will feel as if you are alone on the island! The owner, Ms Mina, has furnished the 2 apartments with a lot of taste and care, turning each one of them into a cozy home. They are fully equipped in every respect. Attention has been given not to overload the rooms with furniture, so as to have a lot of free space to move around. From almost all rooms you have an open view to the sea! Bed sheets and linen are provided. Both apartments have two bedrooms with big closets, many drawers and TV sets, 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. In Apartment Agnanti, the double bedroom has its own bathtub bathroom and there is a separate shower bathroom. The apartments have a spacious living room with comfortable armchairs and sofas that turn into beds. Extra beds can be provided upon request. Dining rooms have tables for 6 people. A big part of the floor is covered with wood. All rooms have air-condition. In the kitchens, there are many cupboards and big counters, cooking utensils and full tableware, washing machine, toaster & coffee maker. There is also a table for breakfasts and informal meals. In Apartment Agnanti, you will find an exercise bike and a small storage room. All windows have mosquito nets - very handy in the summer! You have access to your private part of the yard and there is a separate covered veranda with the appropriate garden furniture. It's advisable that you have your own means of transportation.
